There is a money changing service and Bureau de Change in the Rouen Seine Valley Tourist Office

Offering an all year round service handling over 45 currencies including gold and silver, gold bars and currencies no longer in circulation following the introduction of the Euro.

From Monday to Saturday from 9h15 to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 18h30.

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

October to April :

From 9h30 to 12h30 and from 13h30 to 17h45.
