The Rouen Normandy Tourism & Convention Office, covering the leading urban agglomeration in France, is the third French region for the organization of events behind the Ile de France and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.

With new facilities (h2o, Pathé Docks 76, Kindarena, the Exhibitions Centre, Vue sur Seine), the region has a capacity of up to 6,000 people at any time.
