Getting here

If you take the car, it is 1h30 from Paris, 3h from Lille and 5h30 from Lyon. If you take the train, the Rouen Rive-Droite station is connected with major French and European destinations (Rouen – Paris: 1h15, Rouen – Lille: 3h30 via Paris or Amiens, Rouen – Lyon: 3h45 with one direct departure daily, Rouen – Brussels: 5 hours via Paris and Lille, Rouen – Marseille: 5 h 30). If you are flying, Rouen is located close to three airports with connections to major European cities.

Rouen city has its own airport, located 10km from the city centre at Boos, specializing in business tourism. A regular seasonal line runs in spring / summer to Figari in South Corsica, with the Corsicatours tour operator.

Charles de Gaulle Airport, 1 hour 45 minutes from Rouen, offers destinations worldwide. Beauvais-Tillé Airport is a low cost alternative ideally located 1h30 hours from Rouen, serving European capitals and North Africa.

Once here, metro, bus, train, bicycle, boat, taxis, and ferries allow you to easily get around the capital of Normandy and its surroundings.
