There are many trails in Rouen and the Seine Valley. Accessible on foot, some of these paths are also accessible by bike such as the green trail and the blue trail.

On the banks of the Seine, along the towpaths, by the ferries, leaving from Elbeuf, Caudebec-lès-Elbeuf or Saint-Pierre-lès-Elbeuf, the blue trail will take you 3km along the banks of the Seine. Of greater difficulty, the green trail offers a mountain bike trail different to the walking trail. Over 18km in length, it begins at the Nouveau Monde roundabout in Orival and crosses the Londe Rouvray forest. The Val de Seine bike path or the Impressionist bike path from Giverny to Honfleur will also enable you to travel through Rouen and the surrounding area.

You can also go for a bike ride as a couple, with your family or with friends to discover the natural and cultural beauty of Normandy. Take a break in the forests or on the banks of the Seine for a picnic, or quench your thirst whenever you want to.

On a signposted trail or however you want to, Rouen and the Seine Valley are a pleasure to discover by bike.
